Encounters on the Road to the Cross
Lenten Family Nights are back this year and will be held on Fridays through Lent. The study invites us into the stories of seven characters whose lives intersected with Jesus’ ministry. We will meet at 6 pm in the Fellowship Hall for a light dinner, either provided or pot luck. The study will begin at 6:45 and activities for children and/or childcare will be provided, so families are encouraged to attend. Each week’s program is self contained, so you can attend one week or all six. Please consider spending time during Lent with your Church family. Sign up sheets will be available on the Church Life bulletin board. Below is the schedule of menus.
February 15 – Sloppy Joes – Provided by the Lenten Task Force
February 22 – Pot Luck – Bring your favorite salad
March 1 – Baked Potatoes with All the Fixings – Provided by the Lenten Task Force
March 10 – After Worship – Pot Luck – Bring your favorite appetizer or finger food
March 15 – Soup and Bread – Soup will be provided; bring your favorite bread to share
March 22 – Pot Luck Dinner – Bring your favorite casserole, etc.
